9:00-4:00 pm — GHGA Board Meeting will be held at the Four Points by Sheraton KCI (see hotel information below). The meeting is open to all GHGA members.
Saturday, June 21, 2025
The GHGA 2025 Annual Conference will take place on Saturday with this years theme being “Zusammenkommen: Coming Together”. We have some exciting presentations about the Gottscheer settlers in the Kansas City area, a brief history of Gottschee and much more about your ancestry. After we enjoy lunch, we will have our annual member meeting starting at 1pm where we will discuss reports of actions taken by the board of directors; election of officers and directors; and presentation of financial reports and proposed budget. All current GHGA members are encouraged to attend. Our evening event will start with social hour, dinner and accordion music and songs.
- Cost for all day event (conference, lunch and dinner) is $115 US
- Cost for Conference and lunch only: $80 US
- Cost for Dinner only: $45 US. (Evening dinner is optional and open to family and friends not attending the conference.)
