New Member or Current Member Renewal Form

Annual fee (Fiscal year July 1- June 30) in U.S. dollars is $25.00. Annual family membership is $30.00.
New members joining after January l through April 30th pay half the individual rate of $12.50
(or family rate of $15.00), then pay the full annual fee of $25.00 in July. Individuals joining
after May 1st pay the full rate of $25.00 with membership effective July l, the new fiscal year.

To pay by check, make your check payable to GHGA (payable through a U.S. bank)
